When selecting a specified height, the item is categorized as a bespoke piece, meticulously tailored to accommodate individual measurements. Consequently, returns will be accepted solely in the event of a demonstrable issue regarding the fit of the product on the body; other grounds for return shall not be entertained. In such instances, the client is required to furnish a comprehensive demonstration indicating the specific component of the product that is not fitting appropriately. This policy is applicable exclusively to items customized for particular height specifications. Furthermore, should clients have personalized requests for adjustments in specific areas, we are pleased to offer this service at no additional cost.
